Looking for a cocktail dress...?
I'm looking for the "perfect" 21st birthday dress. It's a really big deal to me, and I can not seem to find ANYTHING.
My ideal dress is:
*dressy/formal
*short
*ANY bright color (NO black, or neutrals)
*Beaded/sequined on the entire dress or heavily detailed.
I live in Michigan, and there is not a lot of options here. I've already checked stores such as, Forever21, ect. That is NOT what I'm looking for. I'm looking for something more flashy.
