What can cause the feeling of little bubbles and or butterflies rising/popping in the middle of my chest?
I have the feeling of little bubbles/butterflies in the center of my chest. it is more frequent in the evening but happens at anytime. I don't have heartburn or any other symptoms. What could this be and could this be something heart related? I have looked up arrthymias but it doesn"t feel like a heartbeat and it is in the center of my chest not left sided.
It might be little anxiety attacks you are having. Alot of times the person may not feel stressed out but for some reason they are getting heart palpitations which can give you those symptoms. Anxiety attacks do not mean you have any heart problems actually a low percentage of people that have anxiety attacks actually end up having heart issues. Good Luck !!!
