My vote is for dress number 3: New Girls Openwork Bell Sleeve Cute Mini Dress Long Top.
The browns in the dress would bring out the color in your hair. The white will look best with paler skin, and let the focus remain on you--not a distracting dress. The lace is flirty because it's see-through enough and innocent because of the length of the sleeves and making the dress look a little longer.
