Ring around the rosy
Things are getting cozy
Now that summer’s in the air
The air is sultry, don’t despair
It’s like the white streaks in my hair
They came to be from don’t know where
Perhaps from sitting on that tuffet
Because I thought I should rough it
Out of the blue... it sat beside
Scared the wits plum out of me…….
Damned spider!
changed up just a wee bit ...
And on to the chair
I would leap in fright
For I am afraid of
that damned spider bite
