the instruvtions say: This method is achieved in one of two ways. The first by painting the screen filler (a material which becomes impermeable when dry and is not water based) directly on the screen wherever you don't want the image or ink to be.
so my problem is......i dont know which side of the screen to paint the screen filler on? the inside?(the side whre u put ink and squugee) or the otherside
OH ,AND AM I ALSO ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PENCIL TRACES ON???
NOTE:im painting on paper and canvas not fabric
It doesn't matter what side you paint the blockout on. Just as long as you don't leave holes.
Also you need to use the right kind of blockout according to the ink you want to use- don't use a water soluble one with a water based ink etc.
