does any body know where i can buy a bleach(anime costume?) from anywhere except ebay?

i was thinking about going to a cosplay con in april and i wanted to cosplay as my own character, but i need the black kimono outfit from the tv sereis bleach, and i also wanted to find one thats cheap..(under 50$)
