How do I safely removed beads from fabric?

I bought a black dress that has a sheer jacket type top, and it has beads on it (glued). I think the dress would look even better without the beads, but don't want to attempt anything that will ruin the dress top. Is there a way to safely loosen or remove them? I'm sure it's a synthetic fiber, though not sure what type.
I pulled one off a while ago on accident and they do come off easily, but leave the glue residue (very lightly seen). It's not a strong glue.

I wouldn't remove anymore because if the glue is lightly seen it might make it look worse and messy i think it Will completely ruin the dress but that's my opinion..But it's up to you
