I have no clue about hardrives and I'm looking for a new notebook. I'm comparing [ A/O HP Mini Vivienne Tam Ed. 1GB RAM 60GB HD & Windows XP ] and [ HP Mini 1000 8.9"W Atom N270 1.6GHz 1GB DDR2 8GB SSD]
Most things I was comparing were the same, but then I'm not so sure about SSD & hardrive. Cause the first one has 60GB of hardrive and then the second one has 8GB of SSD. Which one would be better?
I know this is basically just a check your mail kinda notebook but I want the more efficient one. I plan on using the webcam feature a lot to keep in touch with friends as well. Price isn't really an issue. But of course I want the most out of my money

SSD is basically a giant flash drive which replaces a hard drive. However they are horribly expensive.
